Using the website

You may browse the site and download TiRST for your personal use and for your own streams. Please do not try to disrupt the site, access the admin area, or use it to send spam.

The TiRST app

TiRST is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free, always available, or suitable for every setup. You are responsible for how you use it on your stream and for following the rules of iRacing, Twitch, YouTube, OBS, SimHub and any league you race in.

You may not resell, redistribute or modify TiRST, or remove its notices, without written permission.

Testimonials you submit

When you submit a testimonial, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and that you are allowed to share any links you include. You give us permission to publish, edit for length or clarity, and remove your testimonial on this website and in TiRST promotional material, along with the name and links you provided. We may decline to publish any submission.

Trademarks

TiRST and its logo belong to Al Lotufo. iRacing is a trademark of iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. Twitch, YouTube, Discord, OBS and SimHub belong to their respective owners. TiRST is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost revenue arising from your use of the website or the app.
